2025 LEGO F1

We’re a little slow out of the gate with this one, but it has officially been announced that LEGO and F1 have a partnership for 2025 that is sure to get LEGO Speed Champions collectors excited – I know I am! There have long been some MOCs floating around that I have fancied having a go at, but let’s be honest: the pros at LEGO do it better than anyone.

As we know, they already dipped into F1 this year with sets like the Mercedes AMG F1 W14 and the McLaren F1, but 2025 promises to bring a plethora of additional models. Right now, nothing is confirmed, but sources suggest the addition of:

  • 77242 – Ferrari F1
  • 77243 – Red Bull Racing F1
  • 77244 – Mercedes F1
  • 77245 – Aston Martin F1
  • 77246 – Visa Cash App RB F1
  • 77247 – Kick Sauber F1
  • 77248 – Alpine F1
  • 77249 – Williams F1
  • 77250 – Haas F1
  • 77251 – McLaren F1

At the outset, it seems these models will be somewhat repetitive, as, let’s be honest, the cars all look predominantly the same. It’s clear that the main difference here will be the livery, delivered via the dreaded LEGO sticker set. If you’re like me, you’ll dislike the idea of adding stickers to bricks, as my hand-eye coordination is dreadful. Alas, it’s a necessity for most models and adds the flair needed to distinguish each set.

Hopefully, we’ll see even more additions to this list as time goes on. It’ll be interesting to see how everyone plans on displaying them – perhaps a starting grid scene if you have the room?

We’ll be reporting more as we get it.
